CB Club x EmpowHer Berlin 2025

The networking experience focusing on women who are driving progress, breaking barriers, and shaping the next chapter of the industry.

As a prelude to the CB Expo (Cannabis Business Expo and Conference), which will take place in Dortmund this September, the CB Club is stopping in Berlin – right before Mary Jane Berlin, Germany’s largest consumer cannabis fair – and promises a day full of exciting conversations and exchange with leading women in the cannabis industry.

The aim is to demystify the European cannabis reform – with a particular focus on developments in Germany: decriminalization, personal and club cultivation, CBD, cosmetics, and the medical cannabis market. At the same time, relevant investment opportunities in this ever-evolving landscape will be explored.

Selected female experts will introduce these topics in open roundtable discussions, share their perspectives, and invite participants to engage in a stylish and relaxed setting.

This one-day event before Mary Jane Berlin offers professionals of all genders the perfect opportunity to stay up to date, share knowledge, and build valuable connections in the dynamic world of cannabis.

What to expect:
Leading (cannabis) companies gather to exchange ideas – with a focus on the female perspective.

High-caliber female speakers share their knowledge at roundtables and in presentations and invite participants to join the discussion.

The venue offers a charming atmosphere with space for private conversations both indoors and in the (covered) outdoor area.

In the morning, the same location will host the second edition of the Cannabis Kompetenz Tage.
